molecular mass of Li is 7 gm. So in 7 gm no. of atom is 6.02* 10^23.... then for 7.46 gm you cam use the unitary method

Element - Lithium -Li- atomic number -3
atomic mass  = 7u
Number of moles present in 7.46g Li =given mass/atomic mass
=7.46/7=1.06 moles
1mole (7g ) of Lithium contains 6.022 x 10 ²³ atoms of Li
 1.06 moles (7.46 g) conatins -----?
=1.06 x6.022 x 10 ²³ /1
=6.38 10 ²³ atoms
∴ 7.46 g Li contains 6.38 10 ²³ atoms
