How to calculate the standard time of any country? explain with example

add the gmt + time to the IST

deba1621: gmt =00.00 IST=+5.30 so example now it is 7.00 pm in Greenwich in London then add +5.30 to 7.00pm so now in our country it will be 7.00+5.30= 12.00 midnight
