How to calculate the value of Cos theta, if the value of theta is given?​

  • So if cosθ=ac , then arccos(cosθ)=arccos(ac) or θ=arccos(ac) . To answer your question directly, any trig function can be used to find θ , as long as you have at least 2 side lengths to work with.
