You can call like this if she or he's a student...

"Now I would request Ms/Mr. ............ to come on the stage and recite a poem on the topic..........." (if self-composed, say..."to recite a self composed poem")

OR

"Now I would like to invite Ms/Mr. .......... on the stage to recite a poem on the topic ................"

If she/he's some teacher or the Principal you can call them in the same way as mentioned above.
