A device name iball baton is available in market. Purchase it and install the software in your pc. Then you will be able to connect hotspot of your mobile to computer.

Firstly, use data cable and connect to the smart phone and computer and then you go the the mobile's "SETTINGS" and you will see "MORE" press on it and you will see it is written "TETHERING....HOTSPOT" press on it u will see the it is written "SHARING PHONES INTERNET CONNECTION" press on it and open mobile "DATA" and enjoy on your computer.
