No matter the circumstances, we have to stay positive and optimistic. I have realized recently that most people's mental health is going down so here are a few good measures, just to stay on the safe side:
• Find a hobby, that makes you feel passionate and optimistic.
•Learn new skills and hone your old ones. Not only will this make you better at many things, it will also keep you engaged.
• Try finding a solution to problems, we need as many minds as we can get.
