Keep track of the medications the person is taking, for both their physical and mentalhealth.

Take side effects seriously.

If the person's medication is changed, keep a close eye on their mood and behaviour.

hope it helps.......

For one thing you may produce a reaction that causes you, others, or the person him/herself serious problems.

For another, you may cause the other person more harm than good.

And finally, you wouldn’t perform surgery (unless you are a surgeon) so why would you do something that others have spent their lives working to understand and treat?

The best you can do for someone is try to get them professional help.

It’s great that you care, but mental health is a hugely challenging area and people need the best help they can get.
