To convert a decimal into mixed fraction, u gotta,
1) Remove the decimal by keeping it as a numerator on its place value. For example: 0.6 = 6/10 divide by how many digits r there after decimal. For 0.06=6/100, 0.006= 6/1000, 0.0006= 6/10000,etc.
2) Now reduce it to its simplest form. Ex: 2/10= 1/5
3)Now divide the fraction and then write the quotient as a whole number and the remainder as the numerator and the divisor as denominator.
