Hey near your volume increase and decrease button there is is small sliding button...maybe thats locked slide the opposite side and your screen will rotate in the direction u r using the ipad :)

You must've turned off the screen rotation option.Just turn on the orientation lock. Then rotate your Ipad the way you want..
