You need to be in genius rank or u can only change it once. Go to settings < contact us.

Then send them profile links long with three new option of ur new username. One out of the three will be chosen for you

You can do this by clicking the Start button or pressing the Windows key, typing “Control Panel” into the search box in the Start menu, and then clicking on the Control Panel app. Next, click “User accounts.” Click “User accounts” one more time.
