On the top left corner of the device that you would be using right now , there is a option to filter, click on it and choose what kind of answers you want to give "primary or secondary".

There should be a system by which someone can choose to level down as I know that in the past I have made it to a higher level by answering all of the questions in a week but then I would not be able to get of the questions the following week. After that you have to purposefully get the questions wrong in order to move your level down causing you to miss a week's worth of questions. I don't think you should be able to level yourself up though, that would lead to lots of problems. If level 2 is easy you should be able to get up to your proper level in no time at all.
