• Import the video from wherever it is on your hard drive, right-click on the automatically generated thumbnail and choose Get info. Switch to the Artwork tab and you can add any image you like here, such as the DVD or Blu-ray cover of the movie.✅️✅️

right click the folder

click on "properties" [right at the bottom of the pop-up]

click on "change icon" [between "open file location" and "advanced", one line above "ok" button]

scroll and choose one among the many images that show in box & click "ok"

ta da! you have your new icon!
