how to check if a number is divisible by 11

Hello mate....
Here is your answer....

Take an alternating sum of the digits in the number, read from left to right. If that is divisible by 11, so is the original number.
Just take any example that, 2728 has alternating sum of digits 2 - 7 + 2 - 8= - 11.
Since - 11 is divisible by 11, so is 2728.

Well, its actually simple.
First let me give u an example..
say...10032 ...
Is it divisible by 11? Yes! Not because i gave it so...

Lets just take the alternating sum of the digits...
1-0+0-3+2=0

Well zero is divisible by 11... so 10032 is divisible by 11...
But wait there's more...

Just because the sum is 0 Dosen't mean it is divisible by 11...

Eg:142
1-4+2=-1
But (-1) is not divisible by 11.

So...In Short....

First,Take the Alternating sum ... Then read the sum from left to right... And if that sum is divisible by 11.. So is the given number....
