How to come out of depression ??? Plz tell fast !!

Depression is common in everyone's life. We need to overcome from this. Follow these steps : -
● Paste the motivational thoughts in your room.
● Do meditation regularly.
● Do your favourite things.
● Listen your favourite music.
● Spent times with your friends.
I want to say that don't think that life is boaring. It is a interesting thing given by God.

Hey brother !!!!
Depression is a weakening condition that can make it impossible for you to enjoy your daily existence.
1) Sleep Well...Rest urself...
2)Excercise and do cycling, swimming ,etc..
3)Do mediation !It Wil calm Ur mind and soul.
4)Think in a positive way...Don't give place to negative thoughts...
5)Do Ur hobbies like painting,drawing or listen songs etc to calm ur mind.
6) Spend tym with Ur family and frnds.
7) Go to temple or any other religious place and sit,mediate and pray to God..It Wil really help u a lot.
8)Do things that make you feel good.
9)Eat a healthy, depression-fighting diet.
10)Listen to any inspirational and motivational speech of any famous personalities like Dr.A.P.J.Abdul kalam, etc..
