↪ Answer = During summers, the glaciers melt and flow down through the mountains and soon merge in the oceans and seas. This lead to increase in the sea levels.

↪ Causes = It can lead to many natural disasters like Tsunami, Flood, Cyclone etc. It can cause much damage to human life.

↪ Preventions = More and more trees should be planted in both plain and hilly areas.

↪ Question = Why trees should be planted in plains??

↪ Answer = It is because trees absorb Carbon Dioxide which leads to increase in the temperature of the Earth due to which rise in sea level occurs.

↪ Question = Why trees should be planted in hilly areas??

↪ Answer = It is because trees help to reduce the flow of water. The trees also need water so, they absorb some water in them and thus, reduces the amount of water to merge in the oceans and seas.
