For Android, scroll down on the right side of your screen (where the suggestions feed is) and you will eventually find the comments.

1)Click the video on which you want to leave a comment. ...

2)Scroll down to the "Comments" section.”

3)Click the "Add a public comment”

4)Type in your comment.

Click COMMENT.

1. Just click on comment box and write whatever you want

2. Tap on any answer there will show comment option and tap and write what you want
