How to complain against my nabour pls if any one know pls tell because my nabour waste much water she on her submersible in evening and off it at night 9 'o' clock every one is frustrated from her.....

• she would just die of thirst
• Tell the watchman or just anyone who supplies water to your houses to just stop Supplying water to her house
• then she'll understand the price of water
