There is a method called tratak method to improve concentration.In this method ,you should take a paper and draw a small dot on it with a pen or a pencil.You can paste this paper on the wall and you should look into the dot continuously without bothering what is happening outside.On the first day you can do it for 5 min , 2nd day for 15min and gradually you can increase it .
While studying you should sit in a place where there are no electronic gadgets as it may help you to not get distracted. For improving concentration there are some good foods which can help you .You should also do brain exercise to improve concentration.
