There is no such methods to do so.
But all what you need to do is that firstly to should to relaxed and have a healthy mind.
Secondly, you should not be in tension about studies extremely.
Thirdly it's not important that you study for whole day if you take 1 or 4hr fir study in a day you can concentrate in your studies.
