Switch of ur mobile. keep it somewhere and lock it. otherwise give it to ur parents. Concentration requires no stess and tension .whatever is in ur mind just remove it so u can concentrate on ur studies. don't think of ur mobile . After exams ur gonna have many days to play on mobile. but for now u need to focus on ur studies . U can also turn on some muso for concentration like the music of nature ,birds,air ,etc.
