first....u have to think that why r u studying...what do u want to become...and Chase ur goal....

1. remove all the useless apps from ur phone like social media apps..
2. always remember ur goal...
3. set a time table.....

2. Tell your parents to cut off the internet connection .
3. Switch off the TV for few days .
