Here is how u can do that:

1. Put all your distractions away, ask someone to hide all your electronic devices or anything that distracts you.

2. Stay focused. Tell yourself to study for an hour and then take a break. Studying without a break would not help you remember things well. For every 1 hour of studies take 5 minutes break.

3. Swap subjects. When you feel bored reading a subject, read some other so that you wont feel like that
