• Get up early in the morning. Complete your morning routine.
• Block notification from your phone because it is the big problem with which you attract the most.
• See for a calm and alone place to study. If you study in alone place nobody will distub you and you can focus.
• When you open the book to read, first read the topics and keep dictionary with you to find meanings instead of phone.
• Maintain notes while reading. If you read and write you can remember easily what you learnt.
• If you are having doubts write it in a page. When your study is completed then ask your friends or mother, father to solve out the doubt. If they are not available than search in google.
