Simple rule :
1. Actuve : Subject + verb + object.
2. Passive : Object + (am/is/are/was/were/shall be/will be/am being/is being/are being/was being/were being/shall be being/will be being/has been/have been/had been/shall have been/will have been) + verb (3rd form) + (by/to/with etc.) + subject.
Example :
1. I know him.
Ans. He is known to me.
2. I was eating breakfast.
Ans. Breakfast was being eaten by me.
3. He will marry her.
Ans. She will be married with him.
