To conduct a assembly always greet the audience first by saying good morning, good afternoon or what ever. Then you should add some quotes so that the audience is attracted towards the assembly. Then when you have to call someone on stage or hold on to someone else you should always give the person respect. Any thought or short story you can represnt keep in mind thought or short story should motivate or teach any lesson to the audience. You can organise a quiz too for audience which make audience attracted to the assembly.
