To create google form go to FORMS in (Google Apps) and then create and upload in classroom. Make sure to give access to all. (Students). When students complete u can view and return the scores.

For this, go to Google Docs.. CREATE YOUR TEST.. Upload in classroom..

U can also use GOOGLE SLIDES/ GOOGLE SHEETS etc.
