Two triangles are said to be congruent if all their three sides and three angles are equal.

  • SSS (Side-Side-Side)

  • SAS (Side-Angle-Side)

  • ASA (Angle-Side-Angle)

  • AAS (Angle-Angle-Side)

  • RHS (Right angle-Hypotenuse-Side)

Answer: SAS, SSS, ASA, RHS

Step-by-step explanation:

There are many ways to make triangles congruent. This means it's angles and length of sides (mainly) should be the same. In order to find the congruence of two triangles, there are many methods.

SSS or Side SIde Side method : Both triangles must have three sides and their lengths must be exactly the same.

SAS or Side Angle Side method : Both triangles must have one angle equal and two sides of exact same length.

ASA or Angle Side Angle method: Both triangles should have 2 angles equal and 1 side of the exact same length.

RHS method: This is applicable for only right angled triangles. The hypotenuses of the two triangles must be same length and one of the other sides or legs must be of exact same length and one angles must be equal to the other triangle's

These are the ways to determine congruence between two triangles.

Only 3 parameters are required.

Hope you have a great day! :)
