We should conserve fuel as we are exploiting it so rapidly that it's speed of renewability cannot keep pace with it's usage and demand. We know that fuel on earth is limited. If we continue to use it at the rate we do now, it won't last long. It take millions of years for its formation. Specially fuels like petroleum and coal.
We can save it by-
- carpooling
- using a bicycle or simply walking short distances
- turning the vehicle off at traffic lights
- using public transport
- use ac's less
- We should use alternatives like CNG and LPG or even solar energy.
Such small steps can make a great difference. All we have to do is to care enough, then we are halfway there.

                     CONSERVE FUEL, SHAPE THE FUTURE

It's really makes our life tough if we still continue the usage of fuel in large amounts. In order to avoid this, We have to bring awareness on people.
We have to turn of our vehicles at traffic. We have to encourage car pooling and have to minimise the usage of applying brakes. We have to use hybrid cars which run both on gas and electricity. Electric cars like the Indian Reva are good choices. Under-inflated tires reduce fuel efficiency. Travelling the least distaces by walk or using bicycle is good for health and helps for fuel conservation too.. If we implemented these techniques daily, It becomes a hibit which helps to save a lot of fuel and meets the need of fuel to future generations. So, Save Fuel, Save Future

Ensure Tires are Inflated to the Correct Pressure
This is the cheapest and easiest way to control fuel expenses. and the one most often overlooked. If your drivers don't have a tire gauge, it is worth the expense to buy them one so they can ensure that tires are inflated to the manufacturer's recommended level.

Clean Out the Trunk and Eliminate Unnecessary Weight
Cars, like cargo trucks, get much better mileage when they're not loaded with unnecessary additional weight
