To draw 15 degree using compass follow the following Steps..
1) first draw a line segment AB
2) using A as center with any radius draw an arc and Finally draw 60 degree
3)now after constructing 60 degree draw the bisector of 60degree that is half of 60 degree that is 30degree
4) now similarly draw the bisector of 30 degree such that you can get half of 30 degree that is 15 degree
therefore using compass you can draw required 15 degree angle
