The angles which are multiples of 15 can only be constructed using ruler and compass. Rest of the angles can be constructed using protractor. For, 35 degree angle, first construct 70 degree (2 x 35) using protractor and then bisect that angle. Here, angle POQ = 75 degree. And, angle POT = 30 degree.
