2.Using compass draw a small semi circle (i. e. It would be of 18 0 degrees)

3.Cut that semi circle in 3 equal parts i. E. By drawing arcs

4. As each will be of 60 degree draw a arc between 1&2 arc

5.Using ruler join that arc and base line.
