first draw AB=6.5cm
from A and B, draw two arcs of 2.5cm,then join them by a straight line
From A,mark an arc of 3.4cm on the straight line drawn
name it C and join it.
join AC and BC, measure BC
From A, draw an arc of length equal to BC on that straight line drawn,name the point D
join AD and CD.
This is parallelogram
(opposite side of parallelogram are equal)
