as we know that in square all sides are equal and each angle measure 90 degrees

  1. construct a line segment ab which is equal to 3.8 CM
  2. at angle A and angle b construct 90°
  3. after constructing 90° at angle A centre and radius 3.8 CM draw an arc and name the point as C
  4. with their centre and radius 3.8 CM draw an arc and name the point as D
  5. join c to d

ABCD is there required square
