Hi ,

It is given that ,

I(LM) = I(LO) = 6cm

I(ON) = I(NM) = 4.5 cm

I(OM) = 7.5 cm

Observe the above rough diagram :

Steps to construction :

1 ) Draw LM = 6cm line segment.

2 ) Draw two intersecting arcs at O , taking

L and M are centers and radius 6cm .

join O to L.

3 ) Take M and O as centers and radius 4.5

cm which intersect each other at N .

join M and O to N.

Required quadrilateral LMNO formed .

I hope this helps you.

Hi,

solution:Quadrilateral LMNO such that l(LM) = l(LO) = 6 cm, l(ON) = l(NM) = 4.5 cm, l(OM) = 7.5 cm

Steps of construction:

Draw line segment LM of 6 cm length

Measure 6 cm from compass an draw an arc from L,now measure 7.5 cm from compass and make an intersecting arc from M,mark that point O.

Measure 4.5 cm from compass an draw an arc from M,now measure 4.5 cm from compass and make an intersecting arc from O,mark that point N.

join all the points, obtained figure is quadrilateral is LMNO.

Hope it helps you.
