For controlling anger u have to develop self understanding power.Try to understand the problem in simple steps which is the cause of your anger. Be cool........always remember that every problem has a solution ........so your problem too will have one.......now its your work to find it out........take REST , think with CLARITY ,u will definitely find a solution and hence u will not get angry.....and for holding patience .....do MEDITATION have self control on yourself ,understand yourself as kind personality not a rude one ......and listen to some relaxing tunes ( live relaxing tunes are now available on youtube) or other type of soothing music that you like most .....i hope it will be better and will keep you fresh all time .....as a result ANGER will not act on you ......hope my advise is helpful?? please comment.....and mark brainliest if u wish.....
