Explanation: To convert aniline to bromobenzene, few steps are followed:

Step 1 : Diazotization of aniline

During, this step aniline is converted into benzene diazonium chloride salt with the help of sodium nitrite and hydrochloric acid kept at a temperature of 0 - 5°C. This reaction is known as Diazotization reaction.

Step 2: Formation of bromobenzene

To convert diazonium salt into bromobenzene, we use CuBr. This reaction is known as Sandmeyer's reaction.
