Hey dear,

● Answers -

# Benzyl bromide into benzyl cyanide -
Benzyl bromide is treated with potassium cyanide to get benzyl cyanide.

C6H5-CH2-Br + KCN → C6H5-CH2-CN + KBr

# Benzyl bromide into benzyl acetate -
First, benzyl bromide is treated with potassium hydroxide to give benzyl alcohol which on further reaction with acetic acid gives benzyl acetate.

C6H5-CH2-Br + KOH → C6H5-CH2-OH + KBr
C6H5-CH2-OH + CH3-COOH → C6H5-CH2-COO-CH3 + H2O

# Bromoethane into diethyl thioether -
Bromoethane on reaction with sodium methanethiolate gives diethyl thioether.

C2H5Br + CH3SNa → C2H5SCH3 + NaBr

Hope this helps you...
