Hertz is a unit of frequency if a substance or a wave and m/s us a unit for velocity(or speed). Hence for the conversion the frequency must be multiplied with its wavelength.
birendrak1975:
The frequency if 500MHz which is 5×10^8Hz and wavelength is 0.6m. Hence velocity is 5×10^8×6×10^-1=3×10^8m/s
