We will first convert Km to meter .i.e multiply by 1000

Then we convert hours to sec  by dividing it by 3600

Thus in short we multiply by 1000 and divide by 3600 to convert a given value in Km/Hr to M/s

Or in simple terms multiply the value of Km/hr by 5/18 as it is the ratio of 1000/3600
