How to convert mixed fraction to improper frctions?

Step-by-step explanation:

First multiply the whole number part by the fraction's denominator. Then add that to the numerator. Last but not least write the result on top of the denominator.

let's this example: In this example we are first supposed to first multiply 2 which is the whole number by 4 which is the denominator. Then we get 8,

after getting 8 we have to add it to the numerator which is 3 so we get 11.

Now we can replace the numerator with 11 so it is 11/4 which is the inproper fraction of 2 3/4.
