Answer:

For example,

ACTIVE VOICE: The tiger ate the cat.

PASSIVE VOICE: The cat was eaten  by the tiger.

In conclusion, in active voice the doer (tiger) comes first and the reciever (cat) come last whereas in passive voice the reciever (cat) comes first and the doer  (tiger) comes second.

Second example,

PASSIVE VOICE: My mom was screamed at by my dad

ACTIVE VOICE: My dad screamed at my mom

Another thing to remember is that in passive voice the word 'by' comes before the doer.
