How to convert (a+b)x^{2} to (a-b)x^{2}?

Answer:

(a + b)x^{2} = ax^{2} + bx^{2}

(a-b)x^{2} = ax^{2} - bx^{2}

To convert (ax^{2} + bx^{2} ) to (ax^{2} - bx^{2} ), we have to subtract 2bx^{2} from it.

(ax^{2} + bx^{2} ) - 2bx^{2} = ax^{2} - bx^{2}
