open the existing Word file select the save as from file menu then select jpeg from file type and press save button.

Converting a prog and the output file into an XPS doc.:
Step 1: Open BluJ
Step 2: Write a prog compile and save it.
Step 3: Open the prog, go to the class section on the upper left corner.
Step 4: Click over class a drop down menu will appear, click over print opt
Step 5: A small window will appear with two opts; i) print line numbers...ii) print with syntax highlighting [Select option (i)]
Step 6: Another window will appear, go to the names section. Click over down arrow, select optionb Microsoft XPS document writer/ print to pdf option.
[Note: The XPS Doc will be saved in my Document folder only]
Output in XPS Doc.
Step 1: Run the program.
Step 2: Go to the option section of the output page.
Step 3: Go to the print section of option menu.
