First of all don't take any stress.....just calm down and chill.
To feel relax and tension free u should do meditation. U should do whatever you like, U should do the the things after doing which u feel relax.U shold alao play out for some time.
spend some time in nature .Go to nearby parks or gardens.Spend time with family members.
You will automatically feel relax.

it's is quite complex but they really needs our care and support ...
