Try to avoid all the distractions around you.
You should know your goal and more importantly you should know how to achieve your goal.

Also make your time table.

1 First u should have a goal that i need to score good mark
2 make time table and divide each subject
3 learm minimum 3 chapters and write the notes for that chapters by ur own
4 from that 3 chapters u learn take the important topic u feel and make additional notes so that u can present in your answer sheet and make good impression to the teacher
5 learn the diagrams
