Go to Google Play Console.
Log in or Sign Up.
Click on Create Application.
Enter the Application Name & click Next.
Go to Store Listing & enter product details.
Scroll down to add images of your new app.
Further below, select the category of your app.
Enter your contact details & link your privacy policy.
