How to create awareness among the people in your locality regarding conservation of water?

By telling people how important water is in our lives... we use water for washing dishes , clothes taking bath , watering plants and for cooking food too.
We can create awareness also by celebrating water saving days like vanmohatsav etc. WE SHOULD ALWAYS SAVE WATER
