More employment can be created by following ways:-
I. Diversification of agriculture
farmers should not grow one kind of crop or use one kind of technique...they should also use horticulture, animal rearing etc.
II. cheap credits
govrnmnt should make policies for the farmers to get cheaper lone frm bank.
III. Improvement in education
the more educated people there would b more chances of employment
IV. more seats for govt services
govt should release more vacancies of jobs in different field so that more and more educated unemployed people would get employed
