There's many ways to create employment in rural areas but most appropriate is - skill development and promoting self-help groups (shgs).
brief explanation:-
since we all know the penetration of education in rural areas are quite low , so we need to develop some type of skill in youths , women and men so that they can find suitable jobs for themselves . And govn of India is doing it quite efficiently by establishing skill development centres in villages.
2nd most important is shgs , by promoting shgs we can promote small and medium enterprises which can be the main source of employment in rural areas .
