There are thousand of casual workers in the service sector in urban areas who search for daily employment.We can locate industries.
They are employed as plumbers,repair persons and other odd jobs,Many of them don't find work everyday.
Similarly we see other people of the service sector on the street pushing a cart or selling something
More dams can be built to generate agriculture sector
provide cheap credit facilities
Providing loans
Technical training,vocational guidance etc

unemployment is major problem in rural in urban areas,thought it can be observed in urban areas but it is quite invisible in rural basket,major steps that can be taken to create more employment opportunities in rural areas are-

(I). increasing cattle population such as hen,goat,milk-more employment can be generated.

(ii)Agarbatti,candle industry should be promoted in rural households.

(iii)pisciculture, honey bee rearing should be promoted.

(iv)Dairy products related works can be done.

(v)opening cold storage so that farmers can produce more than two crops in an agricultural year.
